WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Rude, mean, refuse to help!
Great back to school sales.
Too few associates for the summer season. They try to be helpful but are understaffed. This is not necessarily a review on all Staples just the Monticello one.
Asked about getting 4 sheets of paper laminated, was told it would be 24-48 hours. When I asked why, he said they had a bunch of jobs to do. However, I was the only customer in the store and nothing was being laminated at the time. It would have taken him 2 minutes.
Convenient. Use them as printer and usually deliver content online. Employees are very eager to help. Any issues I've ever had with project specificty or job quality has always been immediately brought to my attention and then fixed. Prices could be better but that's a corporate decision.
